Active management means that we will actively work on the property (physically and financially) to improve financial return from them. For example, raising the rent whenever possible and assist in refinance as well as recovering delinquencies. We can also work on the building to achieve higher returns from the property. With Passive management, we mostly monitor the property unless become necessary to keep the cost down.
